Nesta fase, os servi\u00e7os contemplam a duplica\u00e7\u00e3o da pista, implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de canteiro central e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de ciclovia, proporcionando mais seguran\u00e7a e melhor fluidez no tr\u00e2nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os trabalhos est\u00e3o concentrados no trecho entre a Rua Elesb\u00e3o Veloso, nas proximidades do bairro Bela Vista, e a Avenida Mestre Dezinho. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que essa etapa seja conclu\u00edda entre fevereiro e mar\u00e7o de 2027. Al\u00e9m do avan\u00e7o dos servi\u00e7os, a terceira etapa da Via Sul representa um investimento superior a R$ 34 milh\u00f5es. At\u00e9 o momento, aproximadamente 46% do valor contratual j\u00e1 foi executado, refletindo o andamento das interven\u00e7\u00f5es no prolongamento da avenida. Os servi\u00e7os j\u00e1 realizados contemplam parte da extens\u00e3o prevista para esta etapa, que dar\u00e1 continuidade \u00e0 Via Sul e ampliar\u00e1 a integra\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1ria da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1770\" style=\"width:466px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139-1200x675.png 1200w, https:\/\/tvpotyweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-139.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o superintendente da SDU Sul, Isaac Meneses, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da obra segue o cronograma estabelecido e faz parte do projeto de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Via Sul, que vem sendo realizado por etapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNeste momento, os servi\u00e7os avan\u00e7am at\u00e9 a Avenida Mestre Dezinho. Paralelamente, a SDU Sul conduz o processo de desapropria\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis necess\u00e1rios para dar continuidade \u00e0 obra at\u00e9 a Ponte Anselmo Dias\u201d, destacou o gestor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O trecho entre a Avenida Mestre Dezinho e a Ponte Anselmo Dias ser\u00e1 executado em uma fase posterior, ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o das desapropria\u00e7\u00f5es indispens\u00e1veis para o prosseguimento das interven\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Via Sul representa um importante investimento na infraestrutura vi\u00e1ria de Teresina. A primeira etapa, entre o Bal\u00e3o do Cefap e a Ponte Jo\u00e3o Ferraz, j\u00e1 foi entregue \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 a segunda etapa, entre as pontes Wall Ferraz e Anselmo Dias, segue em execu\u00e7\u00e3o e tem previs\u00e3o de conclus\u00e3o at\u00e9 o final deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A SDU Sul refor\u00e7a que, durante o per\u00edodo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os, motoristas, motociclistas, ciclistas e pedestres devem redobrar os cuidados ao trafegar pela regi\u00e3o. \u00c9 fundamental respeitar a sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, reduzir a velocidade e seguir as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es das equipes respons\u00e1veis pela obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs interven\u00e7\u00f5es podem provocar altera\u00e7\u00f5es no tr\u00e1fego e transtornos tempor\u00e1rios, mas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para garantir uma infraestrutura mais moderna e segura.
