A demanda por mar\u00edtimos certificados cresceu 35% desde o relat\u00f3rio anterior, de 2021, impulsionada pela expans\u00e3o da frota mundial e pela transi\u00e7\u00e3o para combust\u00edveis alternativos e tecnologias digitais, que exigem compet\u00eancias cada vez mais especializadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o mercado brasileiro, o tema \u00e9 especialmente sens\u00edvel. A expans\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria offshore plataformas, FPSOs e embarca\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio mar\u00edtimo depende diretamente de tripula\u00e7\u00f5es qualificadas, e o relat\u00f3rio aponta justamente os segmentos t\u00e9cnicos, como petroleiros e offshore, entre os que mais sofrem com a falta de oficiais em n\u00edvel operacional e gerencial. Em um mercado global aquecido, armadores de todo o mundo competem pelos mesmos profissionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O problema n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 o n\u00famero, \u00e9 o encontro entre oferta e demanda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os autores do relat\u00f3rio indicam duas frentes de a\u00e7\u00e3o: investimento em educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima e um recrutamento mais eficiente. E aqui aparece um paradoxo do setor: mesmo quando os profissionais qualificados existem, armadores e mar\u00edtimos t\u00eam dificuldade de se encontrar.
