O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Fl\u00e1vio Dino determinou, no \u00faltimo dia 6 de julho, o bloqueio de R$ R$ 6.150.378 do ex-deputado federal e ex-presidente da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados Eduardo Cunha (Republicanos-MG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o foi motivada por suspeita de direcionamento de pelo menos 21 emendas parlamentares da Comiss\u00e3o de Sa\u00fade da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, mesmo sem mandato eletivo. A destina\u00e7\u00e3o de emendas \u00e9 uma prerrogativa de parlamentares em exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o se tornou p\u00fablica neste domingo (12), ap\u00f3s o levantamento do sigilo judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDas pesquisas realizadas, foram identificadas pelo menos 21 emendas parlamentares, num total de R$ 6,15 milh\u00f5es, que foram empenhadas e pagas e que, nesse cen\u00e1rio, foram forjadamente documentadas para escamotear o verdadeiro solicitante da indica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, disse o ministro do STF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em nota enviada \u00e0 imprensa, a defesa do ex-deputado negou irregularidades e disse rejeitar a tentativa de equiparar automaticamente a leg\u00edtima interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica ao exerc\u00edcio clandestino de mandato parlamentar. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
