A proposta restabelece o pagamento de 100% da aposentadoria que o segurado recebia, ou daquela a que teria direito em caso de incapacidade permanente na data da morte. A medida foi aprovada pela Comiss\u00e3o de Previd\u00eancia, Assist\u00eancia Social, Inf\u00e2ncia, Adolesc\u00eancia e Fam\u00edlia da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados. Segundo a Ag\u00eancia C\u00e2mara de Not\u00edcias, o parecer aprovado foi apresentado pelo deputado Pastor Eurico, relator dos projetos PL 338\/2024 e PL 371\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regra atual reduziu o valor da pens\u00e3o para muitas fam\u00edlias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A mudan\u00e7a mira uma regra criada pela Reforma da Previd\u00eancia de 2019.
